Skokie, IL Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Repossession Agent to join our recovery team. This position is responsible for locating, securing, and recovering vehicles for finance companies and other clients in a professional, legal, and safe manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with dispatch and management.
Responsibilities:
Locate and recover assigned vehicles in a timely and professional manner. Use company-provided tools and databases to verify and confirm vehicle locations. Safely operate a company tow truck or equipment when performing recoveries. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all repossession activities. Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow all company procedures. Treat all individuals with professionalism and respect during all interactions. Follow all local, state, and federal laws and company safety protocols.
Requirements:
Must have a Class E permit or be able to obtain one (required). Clean driving record and ability to be insured under company policy. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to work assigned shifts consistently and punctually. Must pass a background check. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. •Towing/Repossession experience is required•
