If you recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in the Springfield, Illinois area for a paid mentor program. You will spend four to six weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of professional driving beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition to your own truck and may earn $1,600
