Job Summary We are seeking a motivated CDL A Driver with X endorsements to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will operate tractor-trailers across various routes, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight while adhering to all federal and state regulations. Your expertise in handling refrigerated, flatbed, or tanker loads will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service and safety. Duties Safely operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers with manual transmissions, on over-the-road (OTR) routes and local deliveries Load and unload freight using manual handling techniques, ensuring proper cargo securing and compliance with hazardous materials regulations when applicable Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems, optimizing delivery schedules and routes for maximum productivity Transport refrigerated, flatbed, or tanker trailers containing various freight types, including hazardous materials when endorsed Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) rules, and hazardous materials regulations at all times Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness for each journey Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records in accordance with regulatory standards Skills Valid CDL A license with X endorsements for hazardous materials (Hazmat), tanker, or other specialized loads Proven experience driving commercial trucks on route driving and logistics cargo handling Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, and hazardous materials handling procedures Skilled in truck loading/unloading, freight security, and manual handling techniques Proficient in using GPS navigation systems for route planning and execution Ability to operate manual transmission trucks safely and efficiently Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance Join us to be part of a team that values professionalism, safety, and reliability.
