Job Description
As a CDL Driver, you'll safely deliver and pick up dumpsters, transport materials, and support our transfer station operations — delivering great service and representing the Tonner brand with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Deliver, exchange, and retrieve roll-off dumpsters safely and on time Transport materials and equipment between locations as needed Complete daily vehicle inspections and keep trucks clean and well-maintained Assist with transfer station and yard operations when not driving Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Follow all safety policies and DOT regulations Qualifications Class B CDL required; Class A preferred Safe driving record Mechanical experience preferred, but not required Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and help wherever needed Physical Requirements Ability to operate hydraulic controls, hook/unhook cables and chains, and secure loads Frequent bending, lifting and climbing in and out of the cab Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
