Shuttle Driver Patrick Marine Transport - 3.1 Elkhart, IN Job Details Full-time 3 days ago Qualifications CDL A Shuttle driving GPS Stocking OEM Full Job Description Patrick Marine Transport is hiring a Shuttle Driver to join our team. The shuttle driver will coordinate, along with the fleet manager, the movement of trailers for repair/maintenance and month end off-site moves. Additionally, this job will require daily check-ins on trailer maintenance, location, and functionality of the trailers within the fleet.

Duties:

Shuttle trailers to OEM's based on needs/wants for each OEM Coordinate with fleet manager the pick-up/drop off of trailers for repairs/maintenance at repair sites and locations. Drop off/pick up trailers for yearly DOT. Movement of trailers off-site for OEMs for month end or quarter end needs. Communicate with loading teams at OEMs on trailer needs. Maintain trailers free of debris and trash. Minor repairs to trailers. Help maintain the shop and DAC. Keep trailers stocked with ratchets and straps and keep us compliant with out of service straps and ratchets. Keep all trailers stocked with appropriate numbers of uprights, crossbars and pans. Assist with the movement and delivery of boat/rv loads when necessary or appropriate. This may include, but not be limited to: Boat moves to dealers for HOT loads Special moves for boat show or dealer shows Loads to dealers based off of needs of PMT Make sure all GPS units are functioning properly for PMT assets. Communicate with fleet manager on a daily basis. Any other duties as assigned by Fleet Manager or Business Unit Director.

Requirements:

Class A CDL After hours phone calls and repairs can be part of the job. Month end shuttling can and will carry over to weekends at times.
