We welcome recent CDL graduates and provide paid onboarding, hands-on training, and direct support from your own dedicated dispatcher. You'll start with steady miles, weekly paychecks, and a team committed to keeping you running and helping you grow in your driving career. CPM Rate:

56•64¢ (increases by 1 CPM semiannually for up to 4 years)

Miles:

~ 2,500•3,000+ per week Home Time Home every 5 days for 2 days Weekends Orientation One-day paid orientation covering safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment for new drivers Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation Freight & Routes General freight with mostly no-touch loads, allowing drivers to focus on driving without handling unloading. Routes run throughout the Midwest, primarily covering Illinois, Ohio, and Indiana.
