Job description: About Us River City Adjustment (RCA) is a family-owned and operated repossession company serving Kentucky and Southern Indiana since 1992. At RCA, we prioritize supporting our team and delivering dependable solutions for our clients. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Repossession Agent to join our recovery team based in southern Indiana . This role offers an opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and adherence to legal and company standards. This is a Day shift position Monday-Friday 9am -5pm. Key Responsibilities Locate, recover, and safely transport vehicles and other collateral assets. Operate company-provided equipment, including recovery trucks and technology systems such as GPS, Clearplan, and DRN . Complete accurate and timely documentation for each recovery. Maintain clear communication with dispatch and management throughout shifts. Ensure all recovery activities comply with relevant laws and company policies. Requirements Must be at least 23 years old (insurance requirement). Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record. Flexible availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts. Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or confrontational situations. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating tow trucks or recovery vehicles is a plus. CDL A license preferred but not required. Background in towing, repossession, security, or law enforcement is beneficial.
