Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver, where you'll play a vital role in transporting freight across designated regions with efficiency and safety. This position offers the opportunity to operate a newer equipment, while adhering to all federal and state regulations. As a key contributor to our logistics operations, you'll enjoy consistent routes, competitive weekly earnings, and the chance to develop your driving expertise on over-the-road (OTR) routes. Your dedication will ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service for our customers. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers, following all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries across regional areas. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety issues. Manage delivery schedules by route driving across over-the-road routes, ensuring accurate delivery of freight while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery statuses, route adjustments, or safety concerns during transit. Requirements Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record and recent experience in commercial truck driving. Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, and DOT standards for safe trucking operations. Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and route planning for efficient over-the-road driving routes. Strong understanding of logistics cargo handling procedures for various types of freight including hazardous goods and dangerous materials. $1,800.00 - $2,100.00 per week
