Position Details 4 Solo Lay-Down Drivers Needed Full-time OTR/Lay-Down position 4/6

Schedule:

Work 4 days one week and 6 days the following week During the 4-day week, drivers have the option to work a 5th or 6th day for additional income Approximately $2,100 per week Alternating 3-day and 1-day weekends Dedicated FedEx Ground runs from the Louisville area $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Job Requirements Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years Must be able to pass a background check Clean Motor Vehicle Record; no accidents or tickets in the past 3 years Must have or be willing to obtain a Doubles/Triples endorsement Ability to follow instructions and successfully complete required training Must complete background check, MVR screening, Clearinghouse registration, and drug testing Duties & Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples where applicable Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections Handle drop-and-hook freight only No-touch freight Complete required documentation and reports accurately Maintain accurate daily logs Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch regarding delays, arrivals, equipment issues, and other operational matters Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Perform other duties as required Pay & Benefits Approximately $2,100/week $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Weekly Pay $300 Flexible Spending Card after 90 days of employment Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Matching Paid Time Off Paid Training Why Join Franco Trucking Inc.?
