Job Description

TransForce Inc. seeks CDL A Regional Team drivers to support safe, reliable freight transport for our nationwide clients. In this role, you'll operate late-model equipment on scheduled regional routes, running team to maximize miles while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities include on-time deliveries, professional customer service, and accurate ELD/log use. You'll complete pre- and post-trip inspections, secure freight, and follow all
DOT/FMCSA

Responsibilities Operate CDL-A tractor-trailers safely on regional team routes Transport and deliver freight on time to designated locations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations Use ELDs and logs to track hours of service accurately Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and issues Secure loads and ensure proper freight handling Maintain clean, roadworthy equipment and report defects Follow customer service standards at pickup and delivery points Adhere to all company policies and safety programs Required Skills CDL Class A tractor-trailer operation Regional and team driving DOT and FMCSA compliance Electronic Logging Device (ELD) use Pre-trip and post-trip inspections Freight securing and load handling Trip planning and route navigation Defensive driving and safety practices Basic vehicle troubleshooting Customer service at docks and yards
