Job Description

Caldwell Environmental is growing and looking for dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. We provide environmental and industrial service solutions throughout Indiana and surrounding areas, helping customers safely manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams while protecting the environment and reducing liability. Our services include hazardous waste disposal, industrial cleaning, transportation services, spill cleanup, tank pumping, vacuum truck services, and environmental waste solutions for industrial operations. At Caldwell Environmental, we believe in "Deep Roots, Clean Future." We are committed to providing reliable service, maintaining compliance, and building long-term relationships through professionalism and hard work.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles Transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with DOT regulations Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and supervisors Follow all company safety procedures and environmental regulations Assist with industrial and environmental service operations as needed Operate professionally at customer and industrial job sites
Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL required Tanker endorsement preferred Hazardous Materials endorsement preferred Strong safety mindset and attention to detail Ability to work in varying weather and industrial conditions Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Prior environmental, tanker, vacuum truck, or industrial service experience preferred but not required
