Salary:

We pay by Percentage of the load. $85,000 - $120,000+. (Opportunity is endless) Bonus opportunities are available as well.

Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles for mechanical items & safety issues before and after trip ( record/report all findings ) Plan routes using Maps of GPS and meet delivery schedules. Monitor Road Conditions & watch for traffic hazards (Take special precautions) Tie down & tarp loads (if applicable) to ensure safe transportation Keep Truck, Trailer, and Equipment in good working order (Fill truck with fuel, clean truck, wash windows, and top off any fluids if applicable during transport). Deliver load by the predetermined time ( Customer Service is top priority ) Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving. Retain Fuel/Toll receipts Follow accident procedures if any accidents occur. Report any incidents, accidents, or violations encountered on the road. Take rest periods during trip. Comply with Truck Driving rules and regulations (size weight, route designations, parking & break periods) as well as company policies and procedures. Retain all paperwork for each load. Sign and retain copies of BOL upon delivery.

Qualifications:

CDL Class A for 2 years (Required) Clean driving record US work authorization (required) Must possess a high degree of integrity and have the ability to work independently Solid work ethic and be someone the team can rely on.
