What You'll Do As a Mobile Care Operations Driver, you will support the Care Mobile program through a variety of important operational and community-focused responsibilities: Serve as the primary driver for the Care Mobile, supporting daily community outreach operations Ensure the Care Mobile is maintained in a state of readiness for safe and effective service delivery Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical or safety concerns Provide security support and help maintain a safe environment for staff and patients on board Assist with patient registration and basic administrative support during mobile clinic operations Support efficient setup and breakdown of mobile care services at community locations Maintain communication via cell phone and other systems to support scheduling and operations Ensure compliance with all safety, transportation, and operational guidelines Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations of the Care Mobile program Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on service and community impact What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record CDL required, minimum Class B with Airbrake Endorsement CPR certification (or ability to obtain within one month of hire) Basic computer literacy and comfort using mobile systems or applications Ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and work in a fast-paced mobile environment Previous experience in driving, patient care, delivery, or community outreach preferred but not required Strong reliability and willingness to be available by cell phone as needed Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to serving the community Why Join Us A meaningful role delivering care directly to underserved communities A unique, hands-on position that combines driving, operations, and patient support A supportive team environment where your work makes a visible daily impact Opportunities to learn new skills in healthcare operations, mobile services, and community outreach Career growth pathways within transportation, operations, and healthcare support services A culture built on teamwork, service, and making a difference in people's lives
