Class A/B Driver Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Class A or Class B driver with a tanker endorsement to join our team. The driver will be responsible for transporting liquids and other bulk materials in pump trucks and end dump trailers, ensuring safe and timely delivery to various locations.Key Responsibilities:
Transport and Deliver:
Safely operate a pump truck or end dump tractor/trailer to transport and deliver liquids or bulk materials to designated locations.Compliance:
Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the operation of commercial vehicles, including DOT regulations.Safety:
Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials, following all safety protocols to prevent spills or accidents.Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the tanker truck, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition.
Customer Service:
Interact professionally with clients and customers, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or questions.Qualifications:
License:
Valid Class A or Class B commercial driver's license (CDL)Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of experience driving commercial vehicles, preferably with experience in operating pump trucks or end dump tractor/trailerPhysical Fitness:
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.Knowledge:
Familiarity with DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Job Type:
