Job Overview We are seeking energetic and reliable Shuttle Drivers to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between designated locations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience within a construction site. Your enthusiasm for driving and excellent customer service skills will help us deliver top-tier transportation solutions while maintaining our high safety standards. Full and Part Time positions available Monday-Friday. All shifts are paid hourly based on total hours worked. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including motorcoach buses, and mini buses on designated routes or schedules Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing friendly and professional customer service Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness before each shift Communicate clearly with dispatchers and passengers to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and route updates Perform light maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues Handle heavy lifting when necessary for luggage or equipment loading/unloading Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition throughout your shift Qualifications Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles involving commercial driving Valid CDL Class A or B with a passenger endorsement. Candidate must have a clean driving record; and also pass a drug test. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members Knowledge of safety protocols related to paratransit or school bus driving is advantageous Ability to remain alert during long shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently Commitment to providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude Rewarded on dependability, reliability and punctuality.
