About Us We are a multi-generational recycling company based in Warsaw, Indiana and Rochester, IN focused on metal processing and supporting landfill reduction efforts. We take pride in safety, reliability, and long-term employee growth. We are seeking a Class A CDL Gondola Driver to safely transport scrap materials between locations. This is a local driving position with daily routes, based out of our Warsaw, IN location. —Home Daily, No Overnight Travel! What You'll Do Safely operate a Class A truck with gondola/scrap trailer Transport materials between company and customer locations Load and unload materials as needed Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs (mileage, fuel, inspections) Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards Communicate professionally with customers and team members Coordinate basic maintenance and report mechanical issues Hours/Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30am - 4:30pm, Overtime available! What We're Looking For Valid Indiana Class A CDL Minimum 2+ years of driving experience Clean driving record (past 3 years) 21 years of age Ability to work in all weather conditions Comfortable with frequent in-and-out of the truck Strong attention to safety and detail Work Environment & Physical Demands Well-Maintained Equipment Family Owned Company Culture Local routes (home daily) Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Frequent climbing in/out of truck Prolonged sitting while driving Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, vision, dental, and life insurance Paid vacation and sick time Paid training Additional Information This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
