Job Description

Sierra Chemicals has supported oil and gas facilities across the U.S. since 1995 by providing safe, reliable industrial cleaning services. Our teams work on midstream and refinery sites using proven methods like hydroblasting and CIP to keep critical equipment operating safely and efficiently. We are growing our field teams and looking for motivated individuals who want to learn about the industry, work with their hands, and build a long-term career in industrial and oil & gas operations.
What You'll Do:
  • Safely operate company trucks and assigned equipment within the refinery and surrounding local area.
Transport industrial cleaning equipment, tools, supplies, and materials between staging areas and work locations. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, delivery tickets, and other required documentation. Secure loads properly and verify that equipment is transported safely. Follow all DOT requirements, refinery rules, customer procedures, and Sierra Chemicals safety policies. Participate in daily safety meetings, job hazard assessments, and required site training. Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and field crews regarding equipment and material needs. Perform industrial cleaning services, including hydroblasting, fin fan cleaning, and CIP processes Assist with equipment setup, operation, and teardown under supervision Work as part of a crew structure on midstream and refinery job sites Follow all site-specific safety rules, permits, and procedures Work in outdoor and industrial environments, including heat, cold, and physically demanding conditions
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Mechanically inclined; comfortable using tools and equipment
  • Able to work long hours (40-70 hrs./week)
  • Safety-minded with attention to detail
  • Previous industrial, construction, or oilfield exposure is a plus — not required
  • CDL Class B with Tanker and air brakes
