Job Description

A Class A CDL License or Class B w/ Air Brakes endorsement Real ID is required for this position Must be able to pass a Government Background check position requires access to Military Bases. This position is on FT. Leavenworth and the High Security Prison an extensive background check will be completed and must be passed prior to hire. This is a part-time position 20-30 hours a week. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Front Load/Roll-Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating front loader/ roll-off trucks and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of materials. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Compensation:
Hourly Rate $28.17 Health & Welfare $5.09

Two weeks paid vacation annually. Paid Sick days (56 hours) Company-paid professional development This role includes the following list of responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned. Operate vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, reporting any issues immediately. Participate in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, addressing their requests or issues promptly. Completely empty all containers and leave customer locations clean and free of debris. Notify District Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage immediately. Report any blocked containers, potential missed pick-ups, or route problems to CSR or District Manager. Interacts professionally with customers and maintains appropriate customer paperwork. Ability to work independently is a must.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class A. Must be 21 years of age. Ability to safely drive the truck and operate equipment. Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one prior to hire. Minimum 2 years' experience. Able to pass a government background check. Pass pre-employment drug test. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Experience with Front-Load and Roll-Off Trucks a Plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to perform various physical tasks and operate equipment. Visual requirement for safe vehicle maneuvering. Capacity to lift/move objects of varying weights. Frequent sitting due to driving responsibilities. Ability to work in loud and sometimes challenging environmental conditions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be sitting for long periods of time and is exposed to outside weather conditions.
