As a small team, we value self-starters who can wear multiple hats and take ownership of their work—whether scooping in the field or connecting with pet parents and partners to grow our business.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, personable, and motivated individual to join our team as both a Pet Waste Removal Technician. This role involves providing top-notch service in the field while also helping us grow through grassroots and referral-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Pet Waste Removal (Fieldwork) Drive a designated route to residential and/or commercial clients' properties Remove pet waste from yards using proper tools and sanitation practices Maintain professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude while on-site Track and report service completion using mobile software (training provided) Keep equipment and company vehicle (if applicable) clean and stocked Referral & Community Marketing Build and maintain relationships with local pet owners, dog parks, HOAs, groomers, pet stores, and veterinary offices to increase referrals Distribute flyers, door hangers, yard signs, and branded materials in target neighborhoods Track and report on referral program success and outreach efforts

Who You Are:

Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in various weather conditions Friendly, outgoing, and able to confidently talk to people about our services Organized and able to self-manage your route and marketing tasks Passionate about animals and keeping communities clean Willing to grow with the company and take on new responsibilities as we expand

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk for extended periods Ability to work in all weather conditions Smartphone proficiency (for route apps and communication) Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus—but not required Weekend availability or flexible hours is a bonus
