Job Description
Class A CDL Livestock Driver
- Home Weekends
- $85,000
- 90,000+/Year Small family-owned livestock trucking company looking for an experienced Class A CDL driver to haul feeder/wean pigs between northern/central Oklahoma and Iowa/Illinois.
What we offer:
$85,000- 90,000+ annually Weekly pay W-2 position (not 1099) Paid vacation Home every weekend Home every other day if you live along our route Newer Kenworth W900 Studio Sleeper No electronic logs PrePass Driver is not responsible for trailer washouts Partially drop-and-hook (trailers loaded for you; driver unloads livestock) Schedules posted one week in advance
Qualifications:
Class A CDL 5+ years OTR experience preferred (3+ considered with strong record) Livestock experience preferred but willing to train the right experienced driver Safe driving record Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen Drivers who live along the I-35 corridor between Enid, OK and the Kansas City area may be able to take the truck home every other day if they have a safe place to park it. Otherwise, the truck is based in Oxford, Kansas. We're a small company with two trucks, and we know our drivers by name—not by truck number.
