Your job is simple:
drive safely, arrive on time, and maximize your earnings in our state-of-the-art fleet. Pay and Compensation Structure We believe your time is valuable. We pay a guaranteed hourly rate instead of unpredictable cents-per-mile (CPM):
Base Pay:
$23.00 / hour (First 40 hours)
Overtime Pay:
$34.50 / hour (After 40 hours) Weekly direct deposit every week. Flexible Route Options Designed for Your Lifestyle Whether you are looking for home-daily CDL jobs or prefer regional sleeper routes, we have a schedule that fits your needs. Our evening and overnight shifts ensure lighter traffic and smoother transit. SOLO1 Routes (Home Daily)(6PM-8PM) : 3 Days / 36 hours: $828 / week | $43,056 / year 4 Days / 48 hours: $1,196 / week | $62,192 / year 5 Days / 60 hours: $1,610 / week | $83,720 / year SOLO2 Routes (Overnight / Regional Sleeper)(Start Times Varies): 2 Days / 24 hours: $552 / week | $28,704 / year 4 Days / 48 hours: $1,196 / week | $62,192 / year
Note:
We also offer Hybrid Routes mixing SOLO1 and SOLO2 schedules based on freight availability. Weekend availability is required for all positions.

50% company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage. Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles transporting dedicated Amazon freight. Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections. Maintain high standards of safety, DOT compliance, and timely deliveries using Amazon routing software. Qualifications and Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and safe driving history. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screen. Comfortable operating on evening/overnight schedules. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
