In this energetic role, you will operate tractor-trailers and intermodal equipment to transport freight efficiently across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, route navigation, and cargo handling will drive our success forward. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse freight types, including refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, and hazardous materials, all while maintaining a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers and intermodal containers across over-the-road (OTR) routes, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Navigate using GPS systems to ensure efficient routing and timely deliveries while adapting to changing traffic conditions Transport refrigerated trailers, hazardous materials (Hazmat), or dangerous goods following strict hazardous materials regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking for load integrity and compliance with safety standards Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records in accordance with FMCSA regulations Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for intermodal operations. Proven experience in truck driving, delivery driving, or route driving within logistics or freight industries Ability to operate manual transmission trucks and perform manual handling tasks safely Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and route planning for efficient deliveries across diverse regions Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT standards, and safety protocols for commercial truck driving Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance Physical ability to load/unload cargo manually when necessary and handle logistics cargo effectively Join us in delivering excellence on every route!
