Florence, KY & Cincinnati, OH Position:
Regional Hybrid CDL Class A Driver Earnings and Benefits Top drivers earning $2,000+ per week $1,400-$1,625 per week (base, not including premiums and extras) Afternoon shift premium (start time between 2pm-midnight) Paid layovers (as required) 100% paid health/dental/vision (adds ~$150-$200 weekly value) ✔ 10-12 hour days with paid OT ✔ No touch freight ✔ Hybrid Local/Regional role (mix of home daily + layovers) ✔ Round-trip runs throughout the Midwest USA ✔ Automatic annual pay increases each year ✔ 6 paid holidays ✔ PTO after 1 year ✔ 401(k) with 3% company match ✔ Quarterly safety bonuses (earn up to $1,000 annually) ✔ Additional incentives for drivers interested in Fleet Trainer responsibilities About Us Onfreight Logistics USA is a trusted name in transportation and logistics, serving the Midwest USA and Canada. With continued growth, we are looking for professional and flexible drivers who can adapt to a mix of regional and local work while maintaining a high standard of safety and service. Position Overview This is a hybrid Regional driving position that offers a mix of home daily routes and regional runs. Drivers should expect the potential to sleep in the truck 3-4 nights per week, depending on freight and operational needs. This role is ideal for drivers who want consistent miles and income, while still maintaining some level of home time throughout the week. What You'll Do Operate within the Midwest region including
MI, OH, IN, IL, KY, MS, TN
Run a mix of local (home daily) and regional routes Complete layovers as required (typically 3-4 per week) Drive newer, well-maintained equipment No touch freight Operate safely in compliance with DOT regulations Complete inspections, logs, and required paperwork Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally Report issues promptly Support training initiatives when applicable What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR Minimum 1 year of recent CDL-A experience preferred Flexibility to handle both local and regional work Comfortable with 3-4 layovers per week Strong safety mindset and knowledge of FMCSA regulations Reliable, punctual, and professional Why This Role Works Strong earning potential with consistent miles Balanced schedule with both home time and road time Modern equipment and supportive operations team A company culture built on respect and accountability Ready to Apply?
