Job Description We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and highly productive. Responsibilities Maintain good personal appearance at all times; wear proper uniform and name tag as prescribed by the hotel. Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. Comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations. Load and transport guest luggage cart for guests arriving and departing. Provide storage for guest luggage if necessary. Assist with luggage-handling process for group arrivals and departures Maintain a clear drive-up / drop off area by managing traffic flow to allow main hotel entrance accessibility ensuring ample space for passengers and luggage loading and unloading. Maintain clean appearance of vehicle Ensure all vehicle maintenance is up to date and report any mechanical issues immediately Report vehicle incidents immediately Report missing, damaged, or broken hotel property to supervisor or Front Desk immediately upon finding. Offers guest assistance when needed whenever possible. Greets guests when in visible contact and displays a friendly attitude with a smile under all circumstances. Cleans break room, guest laundry, vending and other areas assigned. Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with company standards. Cross train as Front Desk, Laundry Attendant/Houseman to provide assistance during down periods. Embraces the utmost integrity and moral work ethic. Work as a team and possess a can-do attitude. Additional duties from a supervisor/hotel manager will be assigned as necessary. Skills & Qualifications Valid driver's license and unblemished driving record General vehicle maintenance knowledge Ability to use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
