About the role: Start your driving career with a role built for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4-6 week mentor training program based in Paducah, KY. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600-$1,800 weekly with full benefits.
What we offer:
Paid training throughout the 4-6 week mentor period. Weekly earnings of $1,600-$1,800 after training. Direct deposit for weekly pay. Full benefits available after training. A structured, practical path for recent CDL A graduates to move from classroom learning to real-world driving with on-the-road mentor guidance. What you'll be doing: Complete a paid 4-6 week mentor training period that includes learning day-to-day driving routines and preparing to transition into solo driving. Ride with a mentor, assist with pickups and deliveries, and learn safe, efficient load management. consistently follow DOT requirements, company procedures, and safe driving practices.
Reliability:
demonstrate consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to meet schedule expectations during training and as a solo driver.
Coachability:
be open to feedback from your mentor and willing to learn through hands-on instruction on the road.
Strong communication:
maintain clear communication with your mentor and dispatch, ask questions when needed, and provide timely updates.
