Hepaco is seeking a Class B CDL Equipment Driver to support environmental remediation, industrial cleaning, and emergency response projects. You will safely operate vacuum trucks, box trucks, and other specialized equipment to transport materials, crew, and waste to and from job sites. Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, loading and securing equipment, following DOT and OSHA regulations, and completing logs and paperwork. You'll work in a safety-first, team-based field environment under varying weather and site conditions, with extensive training and opportunities to advance into technical and leadership roles. Responsibilities Safely operate Class B CDL vehicles and specialized environmental equipment Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks Transport crews, tools, and materials to and from job sites Load, secure, and unload equipment and waste materials in compliance with regulations Support environmental remediation, industrial cleaning, and emergency response tasks Maintain accurate driving logs and required DOT documentation Follow all safety, DOT, and OSHA regulations and Hepaco policies Communicate with supervisors and crew to coordinate field operations Required Skills Class B CDL driving Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Safe loading and securing of equipment and materials Knowledge of DOT regulations Basic OSHA safety practices Operation of vacuum trucks and industrial cleaning equipment Hazardous materials handling procedures Logbook and documentation accuracy Route planning and time management Communication with field crews and supervisors
