Crew Change Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and dependable Crew Change Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting crew members to and from designated locations, ensuring timely and secure crew changes. Your expertise in shuttle driving, delivery, and bus operations will help maintain seamless operations across our facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient personnel movement while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards. Duties Safely transport crew members between crew change points, vessels, and company facilities. Pick up, deliver, and load/unload supplies, equipment, and parts. Operate, maneuver, and back trailers (non-CDL) as directed. Maintain cleanliness, fueling, and basic upkeep of company vehicles. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; promptly report maintenance needs. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards. Keep accurate trip logs (where applicable), mileage records, and delivery documentation. Perform other operational support duties as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with clean driving record and valid TWIC card. Must be able to pull and back trailers (non-CDL). Experience in crew transport or logistics preferred.
