Also responsible for merchandising shelves, racks, equipment, and displays to Company standards. What your day will look like: Transport and unload products in retail outlets Merchandise all product inside the outlet to Company standards Work in partnership with Company leadership to execute the picture of success Establish positive relationships with customers, as well as providing superior customer service Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise Set up merchandise and promotional displays Communicate any store level issue to management Comply with DOT rules for driving purposes Collect damaged or out of date product Ensure proper care of product, equipment, and vehicle Maintain back stock in an organized manner Keep coolers, racks, and shelves clean Assist with training of delivery merchandiser trainees What you need to succeed: Minimum of 21 years old Class A Commercial Driver's License required and obligation to maintain compliance with DOT rules The ability to maintain DOT physical requirements Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with CCBCM safety policies Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively in fast-paced environment High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization Ability to work with other team members Frequent standing and walking Repeated exposure to weather Ability to self-motivate and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision CCBCM is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
