Job Description

Job Overview Drive for the shipper. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our dynamic transportation team. We haul our own product which allows our drivers to be home during the week and off most weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers both locally and dedicated out & back routes.. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, adherence to safety regulations, and ability to handle logistics cargo will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your driving skills and dedication make a real impact every day. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers with a focus on refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers across designated routes, including OTR assignments Load and unload freight using manual handling techniques and proper cargo handling procedures Navigate efficiently using GPS systems to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) standards Transport hazardous materials and dangerous goods following hazardous materials regulations and safety protocols Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and reporting any issues promptly Load freight onto trucks securely, ensuring proper truck loading and unloading procedures are followed to prevent damage or accidents Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving Familiarity with food grade tankers, or willing to learn the tanker buisness Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles with proficiency in manual handling techniques Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT standards, Strong navigation skills utilizing GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning Prior experience with freight logistics cargo handling and truck loading/unloading processes is preferred Join our team as a Class A CDL Driver if you're passionate about safe driving, delivering excellence on the road, and being part of a company that values your skills. $62,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
