is an independent service provider (ISP) for FedEx, delivering packages to residential and commercial customers. We are hiring full-time dependable Delivery Drivers to join our team in Carencro, LA. No CDL required. Shifts are 6 days per week. Drivers must be flexible with any routes and any trucks. We prefer drivers with more than 1 year of commercial driver experience. Job Summary As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-provided vehicle to complete daily pickup and delivery routes. You will load packages, follow a planned delivery route, and ensure timely, accurate, and safe service.

Pay & Schedule Pay Rate:

$160 per day Shift starts at 7:30 AM . Requirements 21 years of age or older Ability to pass a drug screen (including marijuana) with random drug screens continuing throughout employment Pass a DOT physical Pass a criminal background check, includes felonies and misdemeanors Valid driver's license (no CDL required) Clean motor vehicle record (no major violations) Can lift and move packages up to 150 lbs with a hand truck/ dolly Ability to work independently, manage time, and perform efficiently Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety At least one year Prior delivery, route driving, or commercial driving experience Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle. Load, organize, and secure packages before departing the terminal. Deliver packages to homes and businesses on an assigned route. Use a handheld scanner to record delivery information accurately. Follow all traffic laws, safety rules, and company policies. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with recipients. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Report any accidents, issues, or delays to management immediately. Maintain the cleanliness and care of the company vehicle.
