Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Septic Pump Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate specialized trucks designed for septic tank pumping and waste removal, ensuring efficient and safe service delivery to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Your expertise in driving various types of trucks, coupled with mechanical knowledge, will be essential in maintaining smooth operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, engage with diverse projects, and contribute to environmental health and sanitation efforts. Responsibilities Safely operate septic pump trucks, dump trucks and vactor trucks adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws Load, unload, and transport septic waste materials efficiently while maintaining proper documentation of each service Conduct routine inspections of trucks and equipment to ensure mechanical functionality and safety compliance Perform heavy lifting tasks related to equipment setup, waste disposal containers, and maintenance activities Load and unload materials at disposal facility's Maintain accurate records of service routes, waste disposal logs, and vehicle maintenance reports Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address any service issues promptly Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) B with tanker endorsement Proven experience operating heavy trucks such as dump trucks, flatbeds, tractor-trailers, or specialized septic pump trucks Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues and perform basic maintenance tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in outdoor environments Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to transportation regulations Delivery driver experience or similar roles involving route management is highly desirableJoin our team if you're ready to drive your career forward in a vital industry that promotes environmental health! Pay:
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
