This is a delivery position, not a sales position . Drivers are responsible for safely operating a box truck, delivering products to stores, and completing assigned routes accurately and on time. Drivers will regularly interact with store employees, receivers, and customers, so good communication, professionalism, and people skills are important . Pay & Schedule $22/hour base pay 40 hours per week Performance bonus: target of $500 to $700 per month in your first live month Drivers who perform their job normally and meet expectations should generally earn 90 to 100% of the standard bonus Bonus can increase based on performance, route workload, and number of stops This is not a sales commission Health, dental, and vision insurance provided Early morning shifts starting at 3:00 AM If you complete your route early and all work is completed properly, you are still paid for the full 8-hour shift What You'll Do Safely operate box trucks generally in the 15,000 to 24,000 lb GVWR range Complete assigned delivery routes safely and on time Load, unload, and deliver products to stores and customer locations Communicate professionally with store employees, receiving staff, and customers Maintain positive relationships with store personnel Use hand trucks, dollies, carts, pallet jacks, and liftgates when needed Follow delivery instructions, store receiving procedures, and route requirements Keep products clean, organized, and protected from weather or damage Complete delivery confirmations, photos, paperwork, or route updates when required Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks Report vehicle issues, delays, accidents, damage, tickets, or injuries immediately Keep the truck and company equipment clean and in good condition Driver Requirements Valid Massachusetts or neighboring state driver's license Clean driving record required Clean and acceptable MVR required Safe driving history will be verified before hire No recent moving violations or preventable accidents No DUI/OUI, reckless driving, hit-and-run, major license suspension, or other serious driving violations Must qualify under the company's commercial auto insurance Box truck or commercial delivery vehicle experience required Experience with 15,000 to 24,000 lb GVWR vehicles strongly preferred At least 3 years of licensed driving experience preferred Current DOT medical card required, or must be able to obtain one before starting No CDL required as long as the assigned vehicle and route do not legally require one Must be friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with people Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs Must be able to safely push and pull loaded carts and operate a dolly or hand truck Must have reliable transportation to the early morning start location Must be dependable and able to consistently start work at 3:00 AM Must be comfortable using GPS, route apps, and phone communication during the route Must complete company safety and product handling training Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Bread, bakery, grocery, food, or route delivery Grocery stores, retail stores, and receiving docks Hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, and liftgates Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR, Hino, Freightliner M2, Ford F-650, International, or similar box trucks Basic Company Rules No unauthorized passengers No smoking or vaping in company vehicles No personal use of company vehicles No handheld phone use while driving All accidents, tickets, vehicle damage, injuries, and significant delays must be reported immediately Company vehicles and equipment must be kept clean and treated responsibly Drivers are expected to drive safely and professionally at all times You'll Be a Good Fit If You Are Reliable and on time Comfortable starting work early Experienced driving larger delivery vehicles Safe, calm, and careful on the road Friendly and good with people Professional when dealing with stores and customers Physically comfortable loading and unloading products Able to work independently Responsible with company vehicles and equipment Able to complete routes accurately and on time To Apply Please send: Name Phone number City/town you live in Years of driving experience Types and sizes of trucks or commercial vehicles you have driven Whether you currently have a DOT medical card Delivery or route driving experience Confirmation that you have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Best time for a quick phone call
