New hires begin at $20 per hour and enter a structured 12-week training program. The goal is promotion to Crew Chief , which increases base pay to $23 per hour . Crew Chief is a required rank, not an optional promotion. Team members must demonstrate that they can safely drive, serve customers, manage jobs and lead a two-person crew. What You'll Do Drive company trucks to residential and commercial jobs Remove and load furniture, appliances and debris Protect customer property and company equipment Communicate professionally with customers Learn job pricing, route management and crew leadership Perform physical labor throughout the workday Compensation and Benefits $20-per-hour Driver/Remover base rate $23-per-hour base rate after Crew Chief promotion Daily KPI and production bonuses + customer tips Overtime opportunities Medical, dental and vision insurance after four weeks 401(k) with company matching after four weeks Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to pass a DOT medical examination Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds Strong communication, urgency and accountability Moving, delivery driving, landscaping, construction, warehouse or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
