Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL)

Full-Time | Monday-Friday |Pay:
$20-$24 per hour (based on experience) About the Role Koopman Lumber is hiring a dependable, safety-focused Box Truck Driver to make local deliveries of building materials to customers and job sites. This is a hands-on role with daily home time — not just driving, but loading, unloading, and representing the company in the field. What You'll Do Safely operate a non-CDL box truck for local deliveries Deliver building materials including cabinets, windows, doors, and trim Load and unload materials as needed (physical work required) Take delivery confirmation photos using a company-provided device Complete delivery paperwork and required reports Perform daily vehicle inspections Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies Provide professional, reliable customer service at job sites What You Bring Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile apps for reporting Team-oriented mindset Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card Ability to lift and handle building materials (up to 75 lbs regularly, heavier with assistance) Preferred Qualifications Non-CDL box truck driving experience Experience delivering building materialsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Active role involving loading, unloading, and job site deliveriesPay:
