Job Description
TCM Trucking LLC is expanding operations and offering contract shuttle runs for CDL-A drivers in Massachusetts. This is dedicated trailer-shuttle work — no touch freight The Work Safely Shuttle already-loaded trailers from the warehouse to assigned store locations Return empty trailers to the warehouse 2-3 runs per shift No unloading, no forklift work, no customer-facing delivery — trailer swap only Truck and trailer are provided by TCM Schedule 6 nights per week (specific days to be assigned) Shifts begin between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM Pay We're building this around drivers who want steady, near-full-time work — and we pay for it: Per-shift base pay $200/shift Full-week completion bonus +$200 (when all 6 committed shifts in a week are run) Total potential weekly pay up to $1,400/week Direct Deposit every Friday No shift worked = no pay for that shift, nothing more. No penalties, no write-ups — just straightforward pay for the work completed. The more consistently you run, the more you earn. Equipment Provided Day cab tractor + trailer, fully maintained by TCM Fuel card provided What We're Looking For Valid CDL-A, minimum 1 year experience Comfortable with overnight/early-morning hours Dependable — this route only works because every shuttle run supports store operations and everyone downstream of it Ability to safely hook/unhook trailers and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections Contractor Requirements Operates under a standing route agreement — you choose to commit to the recurring schedule, with mutual notice terms if either side needs to step away This is a 1099 Contractor Position This works best for drivers who want consistent, predictable overnight work and want to be paid well for showing up.
