This position is important to our residents to help them keep doctor's appointments and attend events and activities.

Shift Details:

We are currently searching for a Driver to assist with the following shift: (minimum of 1 weekend and 2 shifts per month). Please note, this may change throughout employment as needed with notice.

Primary Responsibilities:

Safely operate the company vehicles to take residents to and from appointments and activities. Assist residents with boarding the vehicle safely and offloading and getting to their destination safely. Do safety checks before operating vehicle and operate safely and in accordance with laws. Empty trash in some assigned areas daily. Do light maintain work when not busy driving. May need to make part pickups for maintenance. Employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance daily. Qualifications, skills, and abilities: Be able to safely operate a 14 passenger vehicle Must have a valid MA driver's license Must be able to pass a DOT physical and a DOT drug test Have 10 years or more experience driving and a clean driving record Communicate in English clearly and courteously with our residents and fellow staff Be able to safely assist residents in boarding and exiting vehicle Maintain vehicle cleanliness Be able to assist with light maintenance duties at community when not driving All employees can take advantage of advance daily pay and a full range of benefits are available should you become full-time.
