(IMMEDIATE START) JAY Logistics LLC is hiring Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers for Walmart last-mile delivery routes throughout Maryland. We are looking for reliable, professional, and dedicated Independent Contractors who are ready to build consistent weekly income while providing excellent customer service.

PAY & ROUTE DETAILS

$225 GUARANTEED PER DAY Approximately 80-100 packages per day Paid weekly Weekend incentives available Pay raise opportunities after 60 days Additional incentives for consistent, reliable, and dedicated drivers Consistent route opportunities based on performance, reliability, and availability Seven-day operation

Drivers must provide and operate a reliable cargo van or Sprinter van suitable for last-mile package delivery.

SCHEDULE

This is a 7-day-a-week operation. Drivers must be available to work at least 5 days per week. Monday-Friday availability is strongly preferred. Weekend availability may qualify drivers for additional incentives.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

Drivers will be responsible for safely and efficiently completing assigned Walmart delivery routes.

Responsibilities include:

Loading and organizing packages Delivering approximately 80-100 packages per route Following assigned delivery routes and dispatch instructions Providing accurate proof of delivery Safely handling customer packages Maintaining professional customer service Completing routes within required delivery windows Communicating with dispatch regarding route issues or delays Maintaining a clean and reliable delivery vehicle Following all company and customer delivery requirements

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license Reliable cargo van or Sprinter van Clean and professional appearance Smartphone with reliable cellular service Ability to lift and carry packages Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attendance and reliability Professional communication skills Must be able to commit to at least 5 days per week Previous delivery or courier experience is preferred but not required

Routes may be available in: Nottingham, MD Bowie, MD Frederick, MD Elkton, MD Hagerstown, MD Aberdeen, MD Route availability may vary by location and operational needs.
