Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a CDL A Driver. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a tractor-trailer, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers, while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. This will be working to train trucks to drive autonomously. Onsite - Clarksburg MD NO Overnights and normal working hours. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers on over-the-road (OTR) routes, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load and unload freight using manual handling techniques, ensuring proper cargo securing and adherence to hazardous materials regulations when transporting dangerous goods Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips; report any mechanical issues promptly to maintenance teams Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and compliance records in accordance with FMCSA and DOT regulations Experience Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL A license Demonstrated ability to operate tractor-trailers with manual transmission in diverse driving conditions Prior delivery driver experience involving route driving, freight handling, and customer service excellence Ability to adhere strictly to safety regulations including FMCSA, DOT, and hazardous materials guidelines This role is perfect for motivated drivers eager to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment.

$30.00 - $31.00 per hour
