Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring safe and efficient towing operations. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for responding to calls for assistance, safely transporting vehicles, and providing excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and manual transmission vehicles, to transport disabled or illegally parked vehicles. Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance and towing services. Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring minimal damage during the process. Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including vehicle condition reports. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by performing minor repairs or adjustments as needed on-site. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial driving or as a Tow Truck Driver is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience with loading and unloading vehicles safely. Familiarity with flatbed towing operations is a plus. Ability to drive various types of tow trucks, including those with manual transmissions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
