You will secure and tarp flatbed loads, perform DOT-compliant inspections, and maintain accurate logs. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A flatbed trucks to transport freight to local and regional customer locations on time Secure and tarp flatbed loads according to DOT and company safety standards Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance issues Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with DOT Hours of Service and company policies Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding routes and delivery status Follow all company, client, and regulatory safety procedures, including PPE and load securement guidelines Represent Trans Force Inc. with a professional, service-focused attitude at customer sites Support a culture of safety, accountability, and reliability in daily driving operations Required Skills CDL A truck operation Flatbed load securement Tarping and cargo protection DOT regulations compliance Hours of Service logging Vehicle inspection and basic troubleshooting Trip planning and route navigation Electronic logging devices (ELDs) Safety procedures and PPE use Customer communication and service
