Responsibilities Safely operate front-end, rear-load, and roll-off trucks on assigned routes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with company policies and DOT regulations. Safely navigate residential, commercial, industrial, and construction job sites. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service. Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety. Report accidents, vehicle issues, service interruptions, or unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain assigned equipment in a clean and professional manner. Complete driver logs, route sheets, and all required paperwork accurately. Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the workday. Help maintain clean customer sites after servicing containers. Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations. Participate in company meetings and ongoing safety and operational training.
