Maine Dump Runners - Old Orchard Beach, Maine Maine Dump Runners is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our junk removal crew full-time.

Pay:

Laborer $22 per hour Driver/ Crew leader $25-$28 per hour This position will initially be working alongside our crew performing junk removal, house cleanouts, loading trucks and trailers, and other physical work. We're looking for someone who can learn our business and how we operate, with the opportunity to transition into a Driver/Crew Leader position in the spring for the right person. What You'll Be Doing Junk removal and house cleanouts Loading and unloading trucks and trailers Removing furniture, appliances, mattresses and household items Working inside customers' homes and businesses Working outdoors in different weather conditions Learning our routes, equipment and day-to-day operations Eventually driving company trucks and trailers if qualified What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work Valid driver's license with a good driving record Comfortable learning to drive trucks and trailers Friendly and professional with customers Able to work well with a small crew Able to work independently once trained Someone looking for a long-term position Experience with moving, junk removal, landscaping, construction, delivery, driving trucks/trailers or other physical work is helpful, but not required. Pay & Opportunity Starting pay: $22/hour for laborer, pay increase if promoted to driver We're looking for someone who can prove themselves as a dependable crew member first. The right person will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and transition into a driver/crew leader role in the spring, with opportunities for increased pay as responsibilities grow. We're a small, locally owned company, so reliability, attitude and how you treat our customers matter just as much as experience. Full-time position.
