This position is a 4-day schedule with shift start times between 2:00AM-5:00AM depending upon the route and driver preferences. Our local management team fosters a collaborative environment and works hard to develop and maintain schedules that work for our team members. 4-Day work week, with an extremely competitive salary to reflect work & shift
Shift times begin early AM (Flexibility between 2:00AM-5:00AM)
WEEKENDS OFF!
We own our equipment and have our own fleet maintenance facility and staff on-site
3 weeks of vacation time off in year #1, plus paid holidays and sick time
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid after successful completion of six months of employment
Drivers that operate safely will earn up to a $1000 safety bonus annually
Medical, dental and 401K with a company matching contribution
Driver schedules, route organization, process improvement coordinated by local management team
Our fleet continues to be upgraded each year - all with lift gates and automatic transmissions

Existing or ability to obtain a DOT medical Card
Operational Knowledge of Hours-of-Service rules and regulations
Ability to perform safe pre/post trip inspections in accordance with DOT standards
Good communication skills and ability to interface positively with customers
Delivery type job experience a plus
Ability to lift up 50 lbs and safely climb in and out of vehicle cargo box
Able to operate handheld/mobile computers to transact sales & delivery documents
