Job Requirements:
Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Must possess one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last three years. Must be able to pass a background check. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) — no accidents or tickets in the past 3 years. Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement. Ability to follow instructions and complete required training. Complete background check, MVR screening, Clearinghouse login, and drug test. Duties & Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles (and triples, where applicable). Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip and safety inspections on equipment. Drop & Hook Only. No-Touch Freight. Verify and complete required documentation and reports. Maintain accurate daily logs. Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch regarding delays, arrivals, and equipment issues. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as required.
Pay & Benefits:
$0.85 - $0.90 CPM Paid for all miles, including loaded, empty, and hot loads
Minimum Guaranteed Night Pay:
$250 per night $1,500 Sign-On Bonus $500 upon hire $500 after 3 months of employment $500 after 6 months of employment
