Morning Shift:

4:00 am•12:30 pm

Evening Shift:

4:00 pm•12:30 am

Weekend Shift:

7:00 am•3:30 pm Please note that shifts may extend between 8 and 10 hours.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will evaluate pre-production and production vehicles on public roadways. Your primary focus will be to assess vehicle performance, including powertrain integrity, build quality, and system functionality, while documenting any observations regarding design or mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive vehicle assessments and generate clear, accurate documentation for every vehicle evaluated during your shift. Execute established test procedures while navigating assigned routes throughout your 8 to 10-hour shift. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all traffic regulations. Ensure all safety and security protocols are consistently upheld. Demonstrate proficiency in handling and maneuvering large-scale vehicles. Maintain operational effectiveness while driving in challenging weather conditions.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Michigan driver's license for at least 5 years with a clean record, including no major citations, accidents, or DUIs in the last three years. Successfully clear a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Demonstrate the ability to navigate using maps and operate tablet devices. Support physical operations by lifting up to 25 pounds. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Maintain availability for 3 to 5 days per week, with a preference for 5-day availability. Help ensure project success by maintaining the stamina required for extended driving periods. Improve data accuracy by clearly communicating and documenting detailed findings on reporting forms. Contribute to operational efficiency by following instructions and maintaining consistent attendance. Complete all necessary training programs. Foster a productive workplace by maintaining a positive attitude and working well within a team.
