Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this vital role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of excavation and foundation work by performing a variety of physical tasks. Your proactive attitude and commitment to safety will help ensure a productive, efficient, and safe workplace. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic setting while supporting team goals and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, cleanup, and organization of work areas Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required for excavation and foundation work Support processes by handling materials, tools, and equipment with care and precision Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals while adhering to quality standards Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with tools and machinery is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation; Class A CDL preferred but not required Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail Prior experience in construction is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in a role that's vital to our operations!
