Schedule Wednesday to Saturday 7 AM - 8-9 hour shifts Furniture Deliveries Hand Unload Automatic Transmission Box Truck Pay $23.00 per hour Overtime after 40 hours Full-time hours Weekly schedule with consistent shifts Duties Perform required vehicle inspections Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations Maintain awareness of pedestrians, other vehicles, and yard equipment Communicate professionally with dispatch, yard personnel, and other team members Maintain accurate and timely completion of required documentation Report equipment, vehicle, or safety issues promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform other yard and driving duties as assigned Qualifications Candidates must meet applicable company and insurance requirements, including: No more than two (2) moving violations and/or accidents within the past three years No disqualifying major driving violations within the previous 36 months No qualifying suspension or revocation of a driver's license lasting more than 30 days during the previous 36 months Valid commercial driver's license at the time of hire Acceptable MVR and PSP report Major Violations Candidates must not have a citation or conviction within the previous 36 months for major violations including: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs Refusal to take a required alcohol or drug test Leaving the scene of an accident or hit-and-run Fleeing or eluding law enforcement Reckless driving or careless endangerment Operating a vehicle while suspended or revoked Speed exhibition, racing, or drag racing Assault involving a motor vehicle Reckless homicide or involuntary manslaughter Use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony Operating a motor vehicle without the owner's permission Open-container violations or similar offenses Skills Competencies Strong commitment to safety Excellent backing and maneuvering skills Ability to operate effectively in a busy yard environment Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Professional communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain productivity while following all safety procedures Benefits $23.00/HR to start Overtime after 40 hours Home daily Full-time employment Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Supplemental disability insurance Supplemental life insurance
