Full Job Description Job Description:
Caught Up Mentoring is seeking a committed and dependable Youth Engagement Specialist & Driver to support daily operations at our youth center. This individual will play a vital role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for young people by providing transportation, supporting intake processes, assisting in daily programming, and maintaining a clean and orderly space.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport youth to and from the program using an agency vehicle Assist with daily check-in and intake procedures for new and returning youth Supervise and monitor youth during programming to ensure safety and engagement Build positive relationships with participants through mentorship and guidance Support general upkeep of the facility, including light cleaning and organization Report any incidents, concerns, or updates to the program coordinator Serve as a role model in behavior, communication, and professionalism
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record Passion for working with at-risk youth and making a positive impact Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations Flexible and dependable with a strong work ethic Prior experience in youth programming, mentorship, or social services preferred
