Driving position

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of trucks and routes, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods. This job will tentatively start April 15.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate different types of trucks including quad axle dump, roll-off, and 5 axle live bottom.
• Transport goods over established routes, following schedules and delivery instructions.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate driving logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, Mechanics and all team members.
• Maintain a clean and professional looking truck.

Skills:

• Proficient in operating forklifts for loading/unloading.
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of route driving for efficient deliveries.
• Ability to load/unload cargo safely and efficiently.
• Skilled in driving various types of trucks.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have a valid cdl
• Must be reliable
