Job Description

The Company hires and trains individuals with less than one year of experience and enters them into our Driver Training Program. Associate Drivers receive training and coaching and perform driver duties that allow them to gain the necessary experience to qualify for a professional driver position. Full Time, Monday-Friday, 4am start time

Position responsibilities:
The Associate Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts Drivers will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience Must be at least 21 years old Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the military Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
